Cancellation Policy

At Wheely2U, we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at wheelysmarttrading@hotmail.com or 013-7047020.

• Before Shipment:
  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after payment, provided that the item has not yet been shipped. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• After Shipment:
  Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may, however, return the item in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy after receiving it.

• Pre-orders or Custom Orders:
  Cancellation of pre-order or custom items is not allowed once payment has been made, as these items are specially ordered or made for you.

• Company Rights:
  Wheely2U reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded in full.
